Oura Reports and Ouraview
Use the Oura App's weekly, monthly, and quarterly insight reports to spot trends within your Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Scores. Additionally, you can use the social features of the quarterly Ouraview report to share fun, personal data stories with your friends.
What are Oura Reports?
Oura Reports are quick recaps of your recent scores and some of their contributors. Information included in the weekly and monthly reports:
Readiness: Readiness Score, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability
Sleep: Sleep Score, total sleep time, and wake-up time
Activity: Activity Score, activity goal completion, and inactive time
Reports appear as cards at the top of the Oura App's Home tab, and can be tapped into for more in-depth information.
What is Ouraview?
Ouraview is a quarterly report of your greatest accomplishments within the Oura App. Every health journey is unique, so Ouraview highlights are personalized for each member, but can include total steps, bedtimes and wake-up times, number of crowns, and much more.
Each Ouraview screen is sharable! Simply tap the icon in the upper right-hand corner to send the image to your friends through social media, messages, email, etc.
How to Use Reports
When a report is available, it will be displayed in a card at the top of the app's Home tab. The weekly report is shown every Sunday. Monthly reports appear at the beginning of each month, and Ouraview is available at the start of each quarter (in January, April, July, and October).
Note: You must have at least 30 days of data (i.e. have worn your ring) in the previous quarter to receive an Ouraview report.
Tap on the card to see detailed insights about each available score and contributor. For Ouraview, tap the icon in the upper right-hand corner to share a particular data story.
Observing the trends in your scores and contributors is a good way to spot factors in your life that may be positively or negatively affecting your health. For example, noticing a downward trend in your Sleep Score could indicate that late workouts, naps, or meals are impacting your overall sleep. You can also use Tags to keep track of which variables cause fluctuations in your Trends graphs.
Past weekly, monthly, and Ouraview reports can be accessed at any time. Swipe right on the app's Home tab to access previous days' data, or tap the "Today " icon at the top of the app to bring up a scrollable calendar.
For iOS users, past reports can also be easily found by selecting the menu in the upper-left corner of the Home tab and choosing " Reports."
