Build personalized Oura highlights, and share them with your friends, family, and followers using Oura Stickers—an extension of our Social Sharing feature available on iOS and Android.
With Oura Stickers, you now have tools inside your Oura App to illustrate your unique health story and creativity. Use custom photos as the background of your shares, and arrange any combination of your Sleep, Readiness, and Activity insights as stickers to surface on top.
How to use Oura Stickers
Step 1
Select the share 
icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Home, Sleep, Readiness, or Activity tabs. To share your Oura data from a previous day, scroll left in the calendar 
at the top of your Sleep, Readiness, or Activity tabs.
Step 2
Your share background will automatically be set to Oura’s default, but you can also take a live photo directly from your Oura App, or use an existing image from your library.
Step 3
Select from a variety of key graph and contributor stickers across Sleep, Readiness, and Activity (or any combination of all three) to build your story. You can also add the same sticker multiple times.
These stickers can be resized, and moved around according to preference. You’re free to add as many as you can fit in the frame. You can also change your background image after adding stickers, without any being moved or deleted.
Note: stickers cannot be rotated at this time.
Step 4
You can remove a sticker by dragging it to the top of your screen. A trashcan 
icon will appear, and turn red when the sticker is about to be deleted.
Step 5
Select Share in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to share your newly crafted data story via your favorite channels (e.g., email, text, social media, etc.), or save it to your photo library.
Note: you’ll need to save your Oura data creation first, in order to post it to a social media story (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Things to Keep in Mind
- Currently, you can only share a collection of insights from the exact day they were collected by Oura—meaning, you won’t be able to share the same insight from multiple days in a single data story.
- There are 17 distinct sticker options available across your Sleep, Readiness, and Activity insights to choose from, and add to your background of choice. To check out the full list, get started with Step 1 above.
