Personalized Care Recommendations connects you with trusted partners and care providers based on your health data.
This feature could, for example, suggest a care provider if your body is showing signs of strain or an online sleep assessment if you’re experiencing unusual breathing patterns throughout the night.
Enrolling in Personalized Care Recommendations is completely voluntary. Your health data is not shared with our partners unless you give separate consent in the Oura App.
This feature is available only in the US for:
- Gen3 and Oura Ring 4 with active membership
- iOS
- Android
Personalized Care Recommendations is being rolled out gradually, so not all members will see the feature in the Oura App right away.
How do I opt in to Personalized Care Recommendations?
- In the Today Tab, tap the
menu in the upper-left corner
- Tap Settings
- Under the “Privacy” section, tap Recommendations
- Ensure “Personalized care” is toggled on
If you toggle off the feature, the Oura App will no longer recommend partners based on your health data. This feature does not affect existing app integrations.
What partners are involved with Personalized Care Recommendations?
If you've opted in to Personalized Care Recommendations, you may see the following partnerships appear on the Oura App.
Resmed
We are partnering with Resmed to help Oura members with elevated breathing disturbances access assessment and care.
A Resmed home card may appear to members who show unusual breathing patterns at night through their Oura Ring data.
Tapping the home card will direct you to Resmed’s virtual sleep assessment and care options through Resmed if you choose to explore your sleep further.
