After you've finished setting up the Oura App and creating an account, you're ready to use the Oura App with your ring to measure and monitor the health data that matters most to you.
- Open the Oura App
- The first time you use the Oura App, you'll see onboarding screens with what to expect and educational information about your Readiness Score, Sleep Score, and Activity Score over the next few days
- The app's Home
tab displays: your Activity, Readiness, and Sleep cards; the 24-hour heart rate graph; and Trends based on your focus area
- Tap on the
icon in the bottom right-hand corner to start an Unguided session, Add a tag, Add a workout, Record workout HR, or, if you're using Cycle Insights, Log your period start date
- Go to the menu
icon in the upper left-hand corner to access your profile, view
Trends, access the
Reports hub, enable
Rest Mode, turn
Blood Oxygen Sensing (SpO2) measurement on or off, adjust your
Settings, access
Help, or find your
Refer a Friend link
- Tap on the ring
icon in the upper right-hand corner to check your ring's battery level, activate or deactivate Ring airplane mode, and view your ring details and Firmware version
- Tap on Readiness
, Sleep
, or Activity
at the bottom of the screen to access tabs with more details about these scores and their contributors
- Select Explore
at the bottom of the screen to access Oura's ever-growing media library of guided meditation content, educational videos, and health and wellness advice
- Tap the share
icon at the top of the Home, Readiness, Sleep, or Activity tabs to create personalized stickers with your Oura data. You can copy and save these stickers to your device or share them through email, text, and social media
