What is Oura on the Web?
Oura on the Web is a useful tool for looking into your long-term health patterns and exploring how two of your Oura data points compare to one another.
As examples, Oura on the Web may be especially useful if you are:
- Pregnant, and interested in understanding how changes in your resting heart rate may be impacting your sleep efficiency, or how variations in your body temperature may be playing a role in your Readiness Score
- Managing a chronic condition, and curious if achieving more deep sleep or accumulating less inactive time may affect your resting heart rate and heart rate variability patterns
- Struggling with sleep difficulties (e.g., insomnia), and interested in gauging how falling asleep an hour earlier may impact your Sleep Score
- Or if you'd simply like to dig deeper into the various relationships defined by your personal health metrics
How to Use Oura on the Web
To log in to Oura on the Web:
- Go to cloud.ouraring.com
- Enter the email address associated with your Oura account
- Finish signing in with your Oura account password or a one-time code (as prompted)
Dashboard
From the Dashboard, you can view all your Readiness, Sleep, and Activity data using a simple interface—as well as get a quick glimpse into how your lowest resting heart rate, total sleep, and activity burn have been changing over time.
Trends
In Trends, you can compare two of your unique Oura data points (e.g., temperature deviation or sleep efficiency) at once. After adding one or multiple charts into this section to display your Oura metrics and comparisons of interest, you can then download and export these data for more personalized analyses. When downloading the information from your Oura on the Web account, the totals will be presented in seconds, not hours or minutes. Exporting your data can be meaningful in the case you’d like to evaluate insights provided by Oura with a physician, health guidance counselor, trainer, therapist, etc.
Guide
Oura on the Web also offers a Guide, located in the vertical column on the left-hand side of the page (click to collapse or expand this column). Here, you'll find explanations of all Oura metrics available to be compared via Trends. The Guide is a useful resource in case you'd like to gain a better understanding of one of your Sleep, Readiness, or Activity data points, or need a quick refresh on how specific metrics are defined by Oura.
