What is Oura on the Web?
Oura on the Web is an online platform you can use to interact with your Oura data on a more granular level, and with a long-term perspective in mind. It gives you the ability to compare two Oura metrics at once and in expanded time frames (e.g., over the past 3 months or year). It'll even give you a correlation value (r) for the two data points you've selected to reveal if there's a weak, moderate, or strong negative/positive correlation demonstrated. Tap the icon next to your r value to learn more about the Pearson correlation coefficient and to observe your distinct scatterplots.
From the Dashboard, you can view all your Readiness, Sleep, and Activity data using a simple interface—as well as get a quick glimpse into how your lowest resting heart rate, total sleep, and activity burn have been changing over time (visible in the highlighted black portion). You can promptly shift between days by clicking on individual dates at the bottom of this highlighted portion.
In Trends, you can compare two of your unique Oura data points (e.g., temperature deviation or sleep efficiency) at once. After adding one or multiple charts into this section to display your Oura metrics and comparisons of interest, you can then download and export these data for more personalized analyses. When downloading the information from your Oura on the Web account, the totals will be presented in seconds, not hours or minutes. Exporting your data can be meaningful in the case you’d like to evaluate insights provided by Oura with a physician, health guidance counselor, trainer, therapist, etc.
Oura on the Web also offers a Guide, located in the menu in the upper right-hand corner, or in the vertical column on the left-hand side of the page. Here, you'll find explanations of all Oura metrics available to be compared via Trends. The Oura on the Web Guide can be a useful resource in case you'd like to gain a better understanding of one of your Sleep, Readiness, or Activity data points for the sake of drawing comparisons between any of the two—or rather, need a quick refresh on how specific metrics are defined by Oura.

How to Use Trend in Oura on the Web
The Trends section in Oura on the Web allows you to track daily, weekly, and monthly patterns in your Sleep, Recovery, and Activity data. To get started, follow the steps below.
1. Select Trends in the menu in the upper right-hand corner of the browser, or in the vertical column on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Select the date range you'd like to observe using the dropdown in the center of the timeline at the top of the page. You can select from (1) this current month, (2) last month, (3) the last 3 months, or (4) this year. You can adjust and refine the date range by clicking and dragging your cursor over the portion of visual data in the timeline you'd like to export (as shown in the second image below).
3. Next, select the trends view you'd like your dataset to be shown in using the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of this same timeline. You have three options to choose from—a daily, weekly, or monthly view. Adjustments made from either of these dropdowns will impact how the x-axis (i.e., horizontal) numbers appear on all graphs included.
4. Decide which Oura metrics you want to compare by selecting them on each side of the graph. You'll find dropdowns located in the upper left, and upper right-hand side of each individual graph.
Tags are not available on Oura on the Web. However, consider using Tags in the Oura App, as they provide context that allows you to evaluate how specific lifestyle choices impact your health across Sleep, Readiness, and Activity.

Please visit Troubleshooting Gaps in Heart Rate Graphs for more information on how you can prevent this from occurring in the future. You can check to see when your last app sync took place by navigating to the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard (inside the timeline). Here, you'll find a time stamp with the date included.
