Our Refer a Friend Program lets you share your enthusiasm for Oura with a personal referral link, available in the Oura App. Refer a Friend is available for:
- Gen3 or later with active membership
- iOS
- Android
This feature is not available on Gen2 or older.
Your referral link gives up to 10 friends or family a 10% discount on any Oura Ring 5 or Oura Ring 4 (titanium or ceramic). The discount is only valid on purchases from the Oura online store and can't be applied on authorized retailers. We recommend checking with retailers for any region-specific promotions they may be running.
To share Refer a Friend discount links, you must be an active Oura member. While we don’t currently offer a trade-in program, you can use your Refer a Friend discount for yourself.
Latest Refer a Friend Promotions
Occasionally, we work with partners to give you exclusive discounts and gifts when someone buys a ring with your referral code. Sign up for our email or follow us on social (Instagram | X | Facebook) for the latest updates.
Previous partners have included Molekule, Alo Yoga, SOMO, Ra Optics, and Reigning Champ.
How do I share my referral code?
To find your referral code, go to the menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen > Tap "Refer a Friend" > Select "Share your link." You can also click directly on the Refer a Friend home card, which will appear every time we launch a new program.
From your in-app Refer a Friend view, you can see how many referrals you have left to share. Your referral code can only be redeemed by 10 people, and note that Refer a Friend offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
