How do I receive an Oura Ring 4?
If you’re an Essence Healthcare plan participant and enrolled in a qualifying PPO plan, visit this Essence Healthcare link.
What if I already have an Oura Ring?
To participate in the Essence Healthcare benefit program, you must redeem a new Oura Ring 4 through the Essence portal.
Oura Ring Generation 2 and Oura Ring Generation 3 are not eligible for use in this program.
If you already have an Oura Ring 4, Gen3, or Gen2 ring, you can transfer your ring to a friend or family member, and then enroll in the Essence Healthcare benefit program.

If our virtual assistant Finn isn’t able to resolve your issue, you can open a ticket with our Member Care Team.
When you open a ticket, you’ll need to provide your email address so our Member Care Team can verify your account. Please use the email address that is associated with your Oura account.
When you receive an email from our Member Care Team with a ticket update, sign in to our Member Care platform. We ask Oura members who joined through Essence Healthcare to sign in to improve security.
To sign in to Oura’s Member Care platform:
- If you have a Gmail account, you can select Sign in with Google or

Enter your email address and password
- If you’ve never signed in before, select Get a password
- If you need a new password, select Forgot password?
Once you’re signed in, you can directly message our Member Care Team and review the status of your tickets:
- Tap the
menu in the upper-left corner of the Today tab
- Select Help
- Select My Support Tickets
