Unless otherwise noted, returns, exchanges, and refunds must be handled directly with the authorized reseller. Return and exchange policies may vary from Oura's and are set solely by each reseller.
Warranty
Unless otherwise noted, new Oura products from authorized retailers or authorized resellers are covered by our standard limited warranty for a specific duration, depending on your region. Certified refurbished products (e.g., Best Buy) are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
