Oura Ring 5 is the newest generation of the Oura Ring, designed to be our most advanced and comfortable smart ring yet. Oura Ring 5 has a thinner design than Oura Ring 4, with 40% less volume, while also providing more precise personal health data.
Oura Ring 5 Charging Case is the latest portable charger, compatible only with Oura Ring 5 models. It has one month of battery and can be used with most standard wireless Qi 1.3. charging pads. Oura Ring 5 Charging Case availability is limited to the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU.
Regular sales and first shipments for Oura Ring 5 and Oura Ring 5 Charging Case began on June 4, 2026.
Sizing
Can I use the same size I had on my previous Oura Ring for Oura Ring 5?
Sizing for Oura Ring 5 is different from earlier Oura Ring generations. Oura Ring 5 uses its own dedicated sizing kit, and we recommend sizing again before ordering. Even if you know your ring size, Oura Ring 5's slimmer profile means it may feel different on your finger — a quick fit test ensures you get the most comfortable size for the hand and finger you plan to wear it on.
Can I order the Oura Ring 5 without knowing my size?
Yes. You can choose the "Size later" option when you order. You'll first receive an Oura Ring 5 sizing kit and then confirm your size in My Orders before your ring ships.
Can I order Oura Ring 5 without ordering a sizing kit first?
Yes, you can select your ring size from the options during purchase. However, if you're upgrading from an earlier-generation Oura Ring, we strongly recommend using the Oura Ring 5 sizing kit to ensure the best fit. Sizing kits are shipped right away and should arrive within about 3–9 business days (delivery in some EU countries may take longer).
How do I know what Oura Ring 5 Charging Case size to get?
Oura Ring 5 Charging Cases are only compatible with Oura Ring 5 and are size-specific, so your charging case size should match your ring size. Because a sizing kit is not included with charging cases, use an Oura Ring 5 sizing kit to confirm the correct size for both.
Can I change my size after confirming it in My Orders?
No. You'll need to wait until your order is shipped and do a return/exchange for your preferred size.
Ordering
When will pre‑orders ship?
Shipping for pre-ordered rings began June 4, 2026. You need to confirm the size of all pre-order items in My Orders before your order can ship.
Is there a limit to how many devices I can order?
You can order up to three Oura Ring 5 devices and two Oura Ring 5 Charging Cases per order.
How can I check the status of my pre‑order?
You can track your pre‑order by:
- Logging into My Orders, where your order status and any cancellation options will be shown
- Monitoring your email for a shipping confirmation once your ring has been dispatched
Can I modify my pre-order after placing it?
Changes are only possible within a defined change window, and must follow Oura Ring 5 and Oura Ring 5 Charging Case–specific rules to avoid duplicate charges and missed or partial refunds.
Outside that change window, you will need to wait for delivery and then use the standard returns or exchanges process.
Can I transfer my pre‑order to someone else?
Pre‑orders themselves cannot be directly transferred to another person. However, in many cases you can:
- Update the recipient or shipping details (within policy limits), or
- Cancel your pre‑order and have the other person place a new order in their own name
Can I cancel my current Oura Ring 4 order to order Oura Ring 5?
Yes, depending on the status of your Oura Ring 4 order:
- If your Oura Ring 4 has not shipped, you can cancel it and then place a new order for Oura Ring 5
- If your Oura Ring 4 has shipped, you may be able to return it within your return window and then order Oura Ring 5 separately
There is currently no available direct Oura Ring 4-to-Oura Ring 5 order change as an upgrade, downgrade, or same-price exchange.
Can I order both Oura Ring 5 and Oura Ring 5 Charging Case at the same time?
Yes. You can order an Oura Ring 5 or an Oura Ring 5 Charging Case separately or together in one order. If your order contains both an Oura Ring 5 and an Oura Ring 5 Charging Case, they must ship together. You'll need to confirm the size of both items in My Orders before your order can be shipped.
Will there be partial deliveries if I order Oura Ring 5 and Oura Ring 5 Charging Case, or another item and either is delayed?
No. Orders that include multiple items are not split into partial deliveries. If one item is delayed or out of stock, the full order will wait until all items are ready to ship. If you do not want to wait, you can cancel and place separate orders instead.
Shipping
Can I expedite processing or shipping for my order?
Expedited shipping options may be limited or unavailable during the launch period, similar to previous Oura launches.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once you've confirmed your size in My Orders, all orders will follow standard shipping timelines. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
