How to Purchase Oura Gift Cards
Physical and digital gift cards can both be purchased from the Oura gift card page. (Note gift cards are only available for purchase in the US.)
Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $25 and $1,000 (USD only).
We accept credit cards or debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment for the purchase of gift cards. Card values cannot be changed after purchase.
Digital gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient on the delivery date you choose during checkout. Physical gift cards are sent via USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2-4 Day, or UPS Next Day. Based on the delivery method selected, gift cards should be delivered within 2-10 business days.
Gift card orders can only be canceled before delivery is complete. To cancel the purchase of an Oura gift card, please contact the gift card issuer's customer service.
How to Redeem Oura Gift Cards
To claim an Oura digital gift card that was sent to you, click on the "View My Digital Gift Card" link in your email. It will direct you to a gift card page where you can view the card's balance, gift card number, and PIN.
Oura gift cards can be used to purchase any product in the ouraring.com shopping cart. The annual membership offered during the ring checkout process can also be paid for with a gift card.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If the balance in your shopping cart exceeds the balance on your Oura gift card, you can pay the remainder with one of our other accepted payment methods.
How to Check a Gift Card's Balance
You can check the balance of your Oura gift card by:
- selecting the "View My Digital Gift Card" link in your gift card delivery email OR
- applying the gift card to a purchase in your Oura shopping cart OR
- Selecting "Check Balance" on the Oura gift card page
Oura gift cards do not expire, and any remaining balance on the gift card can be used toward future purchases. Oura gift cards cannot be refilled or have more funds added to the balance.
Monetary amounts on gift cards cannot be refunded. However, in some areas you may be eligible to have a balance of $10 or less refunded to you. Contact the gift card issuer at 866-973-9414 or ouraring@giftcardhelp.com for assistance.
Troubleshooting
If you have trouble applying an Oura gift card toward your purchase, please note that your shipping and billing addresses must both be in the US for a gift card to be accepted.
If you are using two forms of payment, note that gift cards:
- can be combined with credit card and PayPal payments
- can be combined with Affirm as long as the cart balance is greater than $50 after the gift card is applied
- cannot be combined with SIKA payments (FSA/HSA)
- cannot be used with express payment types (Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal Express)
If you copy-and-pasted the gift card number into the checkout field, check to see if there is an extra space after the card number.
Your Oura gift card should be guarded and treated as cash. To report a lost or stolen gift card, please contact the gift card issuer's customer service. If you have any problem redeeming a gift card, contact the Oura Member Care Team.
