Finance Your Purchase with Affirm
Oura has partnered with Affirm so you can pay for your Oura Ring over time. Affirm offers various monthly payment plans, giving you more financial flexibility with your purchase.
In our partnership with Affirm, we offer the following monthly payment options—3, 6, or 12 months. When selecting one of these options, you’ll know from day one how long you’ll pay and how much you’ll pay because Affirm never charges late or other hidden fees.
If you choose to select this payment option during the checkout process, Affirm will ask you for a few pieces of information. If you don’t already have an account with Affirm, you’ll be asked to create one, which requires an eligibility check. From here, you’ll be able to select a payment plan, review it in whole, then complete your purchase.
Please keep in mind that you cannot edit your order after you’ve confirmed your payment plan type (3, 6, or 12 months). If you want to add additional items to your purchase after it’s already been completed, you’ll have to apply for a separate payment plan with Affirm.
Affirm is only available to shoppers who reside in the United States at this time, excluding Iowa and West Virginia.
Making Payments and Refunds
Affirm will remind you by email and SMS before your upcoming payment is due. You can also enable Autopay while creating your account to schedule automatic monthly payments. Your first monthly payment is due 30 days from the date your order is fully processed.
To make a payment to Affirm:
- Go to www.affirm.com/account
- Enter your mobile phone number. Affirm sends a personalized security PIN to your phone
- Enter this security PIN into the form on the next page and click Sign in
- After you sign in, a list of your loans appears, with payments that are coming due. Click the loan payment you would like to make
- Make a payment using a debit card or ACH bank transfer
I’d like to return my Oura Ring purchased with Affirm. How do refunds work?
If you’d like to return your Oura Ring, please contact our team here. If we’re able to approve your return via our Return Policy, once we receive your Oura Ring following the guidelines outlined in this article, we will transfer any payment amount already received back to your Affirm account. Once this transfer is captured by the team at Affirm, the refund amount will show up in your loan timeline within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
Please note that paid interest will not be refunded, per Affirm’s refund policy.
To see the status of your refund with Affirm:
- Sign in to your Affirm account
- Navigate to Pay
- Select your purchase
- Your refund will show up as an adjustment in your purchase details
If you have not secured your refund within 3-10 business days after receiving a confirmation email from the Oura team, validating that your ring was received and processed at our premises, please contact the support team at Affirm.

I’d like to exchange an Oura Ring purchased with Affirm
If you’re looking to exchange an Oura Ring purchased with the use of Affirm and the new ring you’d like is priced higher or lower than your original ring, you’ll need to reapply for a loan from Affirm to adjust for the new cost. If you’d like to exchange for a ring that is identically priced with your original purchase through Affirm, there is no need to reapply for a new loan. By contacting our team, we can assist you with either of these processes.
I paid using Affirm and now need to cancel my order
If you made a purchase using Affirm and your ring(s) have not yet shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting our team here. Orders typically ship within 1-3 days of purchase. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait until your ring(s) or sizing kit(s) arrives, then follow the same return guidelines outlined in the section above. The refund to your Affirm account will follow the same process detailed in the section above as well.
If your order has not yet shipped, our team will be able to cancel the transaction and transfer any payment already received back to your Affirm account—if you happen to have made any at all during that small window. Please note that paid interest will not be refunded, per Affirm’s refund policy.

Affirm’s Use of Credit
Affirm asks for your credit score to identify if you’re eligible to take part in their instant financing offering for online purchases. Although Affirm performs a credit check when you apply for a loan, the application won’t impact your credit score. Affirm uses a soft pull of your credit report, similar to pre-qualification methods used when obtaining a credit card. This method does not show up as a hard pull on your credit report.
Please note that if you’re approved and decide to buy with Affirm, your loan and payments may affect your credit score. Paying your installments on time can help you build a positive credit history.
Oura is independent of decisions made by Affirm to approve or deny financing options. You may be asked to provide personal pieces of information that pertain to your identification, financial stability, and, or credit to prevent fraud and ensure you’re able to repay your monthly installments.
