What Is Oura on the Web?

Oura on the Web is a useful tool for looking into your long-term health patterns and exploring how two of your Oura data points compare to one another.

As examples, Oura on the Web may be especially useful if you are:

  • Pregnant
  • Managing a chronic condition
  • Struggling with sleep difficulties or insomnia
  • Interested in correlations between your personal health metrics

How to Use Oura on the Web

To log in to Oura on the Web:

  1. Go to cloud.ouraring.com
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Oura account
  3. Finish signing in with the one-time code sent to your email address

Dashboard

From the Dashboard, you can view all your Readiness, Sleep, and Activity data using a simple interface—as well as get a quick glimpse into how your lowest resting heart rate, total sleep, and activity burn have been changing over time.

Trends

In Trends, you can compare two of your unique Oura data points (e.g., temperature deviation or sleep efficiency) at once:

  1. Select Trends in the menu on the left side of the page
  2. Choose your desired date range by using the timeline at the top of the page
  3. Select which two Oura metrics to compare by using the dropdowns Icon dropdown.jpeg in the upper-left and upper-right corners of the graph
  4. Trends will give you a correlation value (r) for the two data points you've selected to reveal if there's a weak, moderate, or strong negative/positive correlation demonstrated
  5. Tap the  icon next to your r value to learn more about the Pearson correlation coefficient and to observe your distinct scatterplots

After adding one or multiple charts into this section to display your Oura metrics and comparisons of interest, you can then download and export these data for more personalized analyses. When downloading the information from your Oura on the Web account, the totals will be presented in seconds, not hours or minutes. See the Export & Share Your Oura Data article for more information.

Guide

The Oura on the Web Guide offers explanations of all Oura metrics available to be compared in Trends. This guide is located in the vertical column on the left side of the page (click Icon Bars Menu.png to collapse or expand this column).

My Orders

Select the profile OOTW profile.png icon in the upper-right corner, and then choose My Account. From the My Account settings page, you can:

Missing Data

If your latest sleep and readiness data isn't visible, try backing up your data manually using the directions included below.

1. Place your Oura Ring on the charger for a few minutes
2. Open the Oura App and wait for the latest sync. If the sync doesn't happen, you can still proceed with the backup
3. Tap the Icon Bars Menu.png menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen
4. Tap Settings
5. Under Account, tap Back up all data

Once the data backup is complete, check your data in Oura on the Web again. If gaps remain, it's likely you removed your ring for a period of time or fell asleep with insufficient battery. Visit Troubleshooting Gaps in Heart Rate Graphs for more information.
