Purchase from the Oura Online Store
You can include up to three rings, 10 corded chargers, and two charging cases in a single order.
For multi-ring orders, gifting, Affirm, and expedited shipping options are not available. All rings must be shipped to the same address and will be shipped together once all sizes are confirmed. If you would like to add the Extend Protection Plan (US only) at the time of purchase, you must purchase a plan for every ring in the order.
Oura Ring
When you buy an Oura Ring directly from the Oura online store, you can choose to receive a free sizing kit as part of your purchase. If you already know your Oura Ring size, you can select it directly from the dropdown menu.
Oura Ring sizes are slightly different than standard US ring sizes, and we don't offer half sizes. Using our sizing kit helps ensure the best fit, which will deliver the most accurate data and insights from your ring.
You can order up to three rings and 10 chargers in one order.
The Oura online store offers a prepaid annual Oura Membership plan when purchasing a new ring order. For multi-ring orders, you must select the same membership plan (annual or monthly) for all rings in that order.

All chargers are size-specific, so be sure to select the correct size when ordering.
Oura Ring Charging Cases are available through the Oura online store and select authorized retailers in certain regions.
Additional Oura Ring 4 and Oura Ring Gen3 Charging Docks are available through the Oura online store and various authorized retailers in all supported countries.

Stelo Biosensor
Stelo Glucose Biosensors are available as a two-pack from Oura or Stelo.com. Current members can purchase them separately, while new members can bundle them with an Oura Ring. If ordering a sizing kit, the biosensors will ship with your Oura Ring after size confirmation. Biosensors are only available in the US, and all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges due to their classification as medical devices.

The Oura online store currently supports transactions in the following currencies: Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Euro (EUR), Great British Pound (GBP), Japanese Yen (JPY), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Swiss Franc (CHF), UAE Dirham (AED), and US Dollar (USD).
The currency shown at checkout will depend on the country you're purchasing from.

Payments can’t be split across multiple credit or debit cards. However, you can use an Oura gift card in combination with a credit or debit card to complete your order.

Retailer Purchases
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.
Payment Issues
If you're having difficulty completing your order, please try the following:
- Ensure that you're using an accepted credit or debit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover
- Check your payment details: Ensure that the billing address you've provided is the address associated with your credit card
- Enable 3D Secure (3DS) if you’re using a regular credit card (not HSA/FSA) before you try again
- Contact the phone number on the back of your credit or debit card
Missing Confirmation Emails
Oura sends emails after you complete your purchase and again after you confirm your ring size. These are sent to the email address used in your original order.
If you ordered a sizing kit, you’ll receive separate emails because the sizing kit and ring are handled as separate orders. You’ll first get an order confirmation and shipping confirmation for the sizing kit. Then, once you confirm your ring size in My Orders, you’ll get another set of emails for your ring set.
If you ordered an Oura Ring without a sizing kit, you’ll just receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation for the ring set.
If you haven't received a confirmation email:
- Wait for a few minutes and refresh your inbox
- Check your spam folder
- Search for an order confirmation using your email's search function
If you still can't locate your confirmation email, please contact our team, and include the name, email address, and shipping address used on the original order.

Taxes and Duties
In what countries is tax charged on a purchase?
Oura collects applicable consumption taxes on purchases in accordance with local tax regulations. For details about tax collection requirements, please contact your local tax authority.
How can I get a tax exemption applied on a purchase?
If you represent a business, research institution, or organization and are planning a bulk purchase of 20 rings or more, please submit a request through the Oura for Organizations page. Exemptions can be applied to your account prior to purchasing.
If your purchase does not qualify for the Oura for Organizations channel but you believe your order should be tax-exempt, please place your order through our website as normal. Our checkout currently does not support entering tax exemption information during purchase. After placing your order, please contact us with your order number and tax exemption documentation, and our team can assist with reviewing your request and processing a possible tax refund.
Are there custom duties on Oura products?
Depending on your country’s import and customs regulations, duties and fees may apply.
Also note that, depending on your location, the shipment carrier may apply additional fees such as advance payment, handling fees, or brokerage fees—all of which are outside of Oura's control. We recommend that you reach out to the local carrier office for more information on these charges.
Replacement orders should not be charged any customs duties. However, some countries may still impose fees on replacements. If you're charged with customs duties for an exchange or warranty, please pay the invoice and contact our team with receipt of your payment. We will issue a refund.
