We're updating our Terms of Use, effective November 4, 2026. To keep using the Oura App and your Oura Membership, you'll need to accept the updated terms by this date.
We periodically update our terms to reflect how we serve members globally and to make provisions related to subscriptions, support, products, research services, and dispute resolution clearer and more current. This update does not change how Oura collects, uses, or protects member data, and your devices and app experience are not affected.
What's Changing
- We’re refreshing our terms to reflect how Oura serves members around the world, including updates to our product, warranty, and membership terms; which Oura Company you contract with (Ouraring Inc. if you’re a resident of the U.S. and Oura Health Oy if you’re not a resident of the US); and what laws apply to you.
- We’re providing additional clarity about how disputes with Oura are resolved, including the specific procedures and provider for mandatory US consumer arbitrations, requiring a pre-dispute notice procedure in the U.S. to allow for cost-effective early resolutions for US users, and revising choice of law and forum selection clauses for non-US users.
- We’re clarifying the steps for resolving questions or concerns and how we help protect access to Oura services and membership benefits.
Why You Need to Accept
The update includes material changes that require affirmative re-consent. You can only accept the updated terms in the Oura App, when the in-app message appears in the coming weeks. Make sure you've updated to the latest version of the Oura App.
You can read the updated terms before you accept them. To keep using the Oura App and your Oura Membership, accept the updated terms by November 4, 2026. After that date, you can’t use the Oura App until you accept.
Your Data and Privacy
This Terms update is separate from the Oura Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs how member data is handled.
