1. When will I get my ring?
The sizing kit should arrive within 1 week. Once you confirm your size (if you did not do it at checkout), the estimated delivery time for your ring is 1-2 weeks.
2. Is there a way I can check my shipping status?
You can submit a request at the bottom of this page, and our team will gladly get back to you with an order update.
3. Will I be notified when my ring ships?
Yes, you'll receive an email when your ring ships.
4. Which countries do you ship to?

5. I gave my ring size when placing my order. Will this speed up shipping?
No, it won't. We aim to ship rings by order date, so the timing of your size confirmation won't affect delivery times.
6. I checked my ring size at a jewelry store. Will this speed up shipping?
No, the sizing method doesn't affect the delivery times.
7. Which carrier do you use to ship my ring? How about the sizing kit?
All rings are delivered by DHL. Sizing kits are delivered by USPS (US) and DHL (Finland & Rest of World).
8. Where are rings and/or sizing kits shipped from?
Rings are shipped from Europe. Sizing kits are shipped from two warehouses, one in the US and one in Europe.
9. How can I order an additional charger?

1. How can I order a sizing kit?
Receive a FREE sizing kit when you purchase an Oura Ring. The sizing kit arrives in 5-10 days, and, after you confirm your size, your ring arrives in 1-2 weeks.
2. How long does it take to get a sizing kit?
Sizing kits usually arrive within 1 week. You will get a notification email once your sizing kit has shipped.
3. I received my sizing kit and I know my size. What next?
Head to ouraring.com/sizing, navigate to the "Confirm Size section" and finalize your order.
4. What do I do with the sizing kit when I'm done?
When you're done with the sizing kit, you can pass it on to a friend or a loved one, or recycle it. You don't have to send it back to us.
