What’s the average shipping timeline?
If you are purchasing an Oura Ring for the first time, we recommend selecting the free sizing kit from our website. Oura Ring sizes are slightly different than standard US ring sizes, and going through our sizing kit process ensures you’ll find your best possible fit, which will deliver the most accurate data and insights from your ring. Sizing kits are delivered 3-9 business days after you receive an order confirmation from us.
Sizing kit orders in the EU can take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
If you received a sizing kit from a friend or family member and have already determined your Oura Ring size, you can select your size directly from the dropdown menu on our purchase site.
Once you have confirmed your ring size, your Oura Ring will arrive within 2-5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
You can keep up-to-date on the status of your order (e.g., ring size confirmed, ring shipped, ring delivered) through your My Account portal, located in the footer of ouraring.com. Once your order officially ships, you’ll receive an email from our team with tracking details. These same tracking details will be linked in your My Account portal.
Does Oura offer expedited shipping?
Oura offers expedited shipping for orders to the US, EU, and UK. The cost for expedited shipping is $35/35 €. Select your shipping option in the "Shipping" section of the checkout process. Orders cannot be expedited to a PO Box address. This will delay the shipping of the order and require an address change.
Expedited shipping is only available for the first shipment in your order. For example: If you choose our sizing kit option, the kit will be sent by expedited shipping, and your Oura Ring will be sent by standard shipping.
Can I update my delivery address?
For orders that have not already shipped:

Note: If you need to update the delivery address for your Oura Ring, you’ll need to contact our team prior to confirming your ring size.
If you're in the United States, you may update your delivery address if the new address is in the same state.
Note that some states permit local governments the authority to impose additional general or selective sales taxes. If this applies to your local government—meaning the new address you're requesting is in a city where the tax rate is different from the city your original address derived from—we may not be able to change the address on your order.
If you're outside of the United States, you may update your delivery address if the new address is in the same country.
Address updates from one country to another aren’t possible at this time. If you need to have your order shipped to a different country, you can request to cancel your original order and place a new one. Please contact our team for assistance along these lines and we’ll be happy to lend a hand.
For orders that have already shipped:
Please contact the carrier. To locate the carrier on your order, check the order confirmation email you received following your purchase. Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. By clicking on the tracking number, you’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s website.

Which delivery carriers does Oura use?
Depending on your location, Oura delivers with DHL, UPS Express Saver, DHL Globalmail, and DHL GLOBAL MAIL. In some cases, we may use USPS to deliver to certain US locations. To locate the carrier on your order, please reference the shipping confirmation email you received. Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. By clicking on the tracking number, you’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s website.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information, so please keep this in mind if it doesn’t appear right away.
You can also go to your My Account portal located in the footer of ouraring.com to view:
- Order status (e.g., ring size needed, pending approval, ring shipped, ring delivered)
- Shipment status of both (1) your sizing kit and (2) your ring, once you officially confirm your size. You’ll be able to track the delivery of your ring once it’s officially shipped.

Does Oura deliver to PO boxes?
Oura delivers to PO boxes in the United States. Expedited shipping is not available to PO boxes.
Oura cannot deliver to PO boxes located outside of the United States at this time.
Where does Oura ship from?
Orders to the US are shipped from either the US or the Netherlands.
All other orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
What’s the shipping fee on my Oura Ring? Will I have to pay an import fee on my Oura Ring?
The shipping fee on all Oura Rings is uniform across the board, regardless of your location in the world: $15/15 €.
Oura delivers according to Incoterms rules 2010 and as mentioned during checkout and in our Terms of Delivery, outside the European Union and Unites States, we deliver as DAP—Delivered at Place. This means that Oura pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that goods are ready for unloading by the buyer. When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. You can view the complete list of countries we currently ship to that may have additional import fees at the bottom of this article. They’ll be marked with a *.

Why can’t Oura ship to my country anymore?
If you’re a current Oura Ring Generation 2 user and were previously able to receive a sizing kit and ring delivery in your country of residence, however no longer see your country listed here—we apologize for this inconvenience. There are material differences between the Generation 2 and Generation 3 rings, and some countries place restrictions on the imports of electronic hardware. Because of this, we must secure shipping (or import) approval for each country before we can start shipping the new ring.
