Making a Purchase
What can I purchase with FSA or HSA?
If your FSA or HSA is affiliated with a major card network, we can accept FSA or HSA funds for the following:
- Oura Ring
- Extra chargers
- Shipping, including expedited shipping
- Taxes
We cannot accept FSA or HSA funds for memberships or extended warranty plans at this time.
How do I purchase with FSA or HSA?
You can place an order online, using your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card.
Select the Sika option when selecting a payment method during the checkout process.
Once you select Continue with Sika, a review order window will display:
- A subtotal for items that you can purchase with your FSA or HSA card
- A subtotal for items that aren't eligible for FSA or HSA payment. You’ll need to use a different credit or debit card to purchase these items
Once you add a FSA or HSA card and a different credit or debit card, select Complete Purchase.
Sika will send a confirmation email after you complete your purchase. A confirmation email from support@sikahealth.com will be sent to the email address provided in the original order.
What if I don’t have enough funds?
Depending on your card issuer, you may be able to complete your transaction by paying in part with your FSA or HSA card.
If your issuer allows partial authorization, your FSA/HSA subtotal will be automatically adjusted to the remaining balance on your FSA or HSA card. You can then use a different credit or debit card to pay for the remaining expenses and complete your purchase.
Please note that if you use two different cards for payment, you can't manually select how much you pay with each card.
If your issuer doesn't allow partial authorization, you can complete your purchase with another credit or debit card and submit the Sika receipt to your FSA or HSA provider for reimbursement on eligible items.
Can I purchase Oura Membership with FSA or HSA?
We're unable to accept FSA or HSA cards for Oura Membership purchases at this time.
For new members, one month of Oura Membership is included with your Oura Ring purchase. Afterward, it's $5.99 per month.
Once you pair your Oura Ring to the Oura App, you will be prompted to enter a new payment method. You won’t be charged a monthly membership fee until after the complimentary month ends.

How do I reimburse a purchase with FSA or HSA funds?
Oura Ring purchases made in 2023 or later are eligible for reimbursement.
You can submit your Oura Ring confirmation email to your FSA or HSA provider as proof of purchase. Here's how:
- Search your email inbox for your Oura Ring order confirmation. You may have received an email from orders@ouraring.com (subject line: Your order is being processed) or support@sikahealth.com (subject line: Your Sika FSA/HSA payment to Oura)
- Go to your FSA or HSA provider’s website and log in. Upload your order confirmation from Oura as proof of purchase. You can get reimbursed for your Oura Ring, as well as shipping, taxes, and an extra charger
- If you can’t locate your order confirmation or need additional support, please contact our team here. You can also reach out to your FSA or HSA provider if you need assistance.
Can I gift an Oura Ring purchased with FSA or HSA funds?
Under US federal law, FSA or HSA funds can only be used to purchase products for the account holder or their eligible dependents.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return an FSA or HSA purchase for a refund?
If you’d like to return your Oura Ring, please contact our team here.
You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a refund or exchange.
If we’re able to approve your return via our Return Policy, once we receive your Oura Ring following the guidelines outlined in this article, we/Sika will transfer any payment amount already received back to your FSA or HSA card.
Once this transfer is captured by the team at Sika, the refund amount will show up in your loan timeline within 10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
I paid using FSA or HSA and now need to cancel my order
If you made a purchase using your FSA or HSA card and your ring(s) have not yet shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting our team here.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 days of purchase. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait until your ring(s) or sizing kit(s) arrives, then follow the same return guidelines outlined in the above section.
The refund to your FSA or HSA card will follow the same process detailed in the section above as well.
