Our Refer a Friend Program lets you share your enthusiasm for Oura with a personal referral link, available in the Oura App. Refer a Friend is available for:
- Gen2
- Gen3 and Oura Ring 4 with active membership
- iOS
- Android
Your referral link gives friends or family a 10% discount on any Oura Ring 4. The discount is only valid on purchases from the Oura online store and can be redeemed by up to 10 people. Additionally, all new members receive one complimentary month of Oura Membership.
To share Refer a Friend discount links, you must be an active Oura member. While we don’t currently offer a trade-in program, you can use your Refer a Friend discount for yourself.

How do I share my referral code?
To find your referral code, go to the menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen > Tap "Refer a Friend" > Select "Share your link." You can also click directly on the Refer a Friend home card, which will appear every time we launch a new program.
From your in-app Refer a Friend view, you can see how many referrals you have left to share. Your referral code can only be redeemed by 10 people, and note that Refer a Friend offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
