Self-Service Returns Portal (US, Canada, Finland, and Germany)
Returns or exchanges for orders within the US, Canada, Finland, and Germany can be completed through our self-service portal.
US customers, please use this link to initiate a return or exchange and follow the instructions in the prompts.
Customers in Canada use this link (also available in French).

You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order
- Your order number (SO-XXXXXXXX) is in your order confirmation email and on your invoice

Select the item to return or exchange
- For exchange: select the desired size and color of the replacement ring. Rings cannot be directly exchanged for another style or color of a different price range. For style or color changes of a different price, you will have to return your original ring for a refund and begin a new purchase
- For refund: provide a reason for the return
- Select a return location
- Review your return details and select "Submit"

Print the return label
- OR select the "Mobile Return Code" option, if available in your area

Pack your Oura Ring, charger, and USB cable in a secure package. Affix the return label and any other required documents to the outside of the package
- If you don't have the original white box that the Oura Ring came in, you can use a small box or padded envelope, as long as the contents are properly protected for transit

Drop off your labeled return package at the designated shipping location
- Once your return package has shipped back to us, you will receive an email confirming that your refund or replacement has been processed
- You should receive your refund or replacement within 14 business days after the processing is complete

We cannot process returns or exchanges from Russia at this time.

Contact our team to start a refund or exchange
- For an exchange: include your original order number, as well as the desired size and color of the replacement ring. Rings cannot be directly exchanged for another style or color of a different price range. - We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and your information will be passed along to our carrier partner, DHLE

This email will include your package tracking number, a pre-paid return label, and (if necessary) a commercial invoice for customs purposes

Print out all of the included forms
- If you’re unable to print the forms on your own, contact DHL directly via the information in their email, and they can bring labels to you during pickup

DHL will collect your return package from your address at the agreed time
- You will receive an email from Oura confirming that your refund or replacement has been processed
- You should receive your refund or replacement within 14 business days after the processing is complete
Oura's Return Policy
You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges from your original order, including UK VAT or other customs fees, are non-refundable. Refunds are made in the same currency as the original payment and will reflect current exchange rates.
Note: Purchases made between November 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 are eligible for returns and exchanges until January 31, 2024.
If you purchased your Oura Ring from a retailer in-store or online, please contact the retailer directly for any returns or exchanges.
If you decide to return your ring for a refund, you must cancel your membership through My Account or you will continue to be charged the monthly membership fee.
We allow only one return or exchange per item. This means you can return your original ring once for a refund, or exchange it once for a size or color change in the same price range.
Size, style, and color changes cannot be made after one exchange has already been completed. A return for refund after an exchange has already been completed is also not possible.
For multiple ring orders, we do not allow returns and exchanges within the same transaction. If you would like to return one ring and exchange a different ring within the same order, you will have to do separate transactions.
