You can gift an Oura Ring 4 to friends or family by purchasing an Oura Ring 4 Gifting Sizing Kit and pairing it with a Best Buy gift card. This allows them to find their correct size and use the gift card to purchase the Oura Ring 4 of their choice. Gift cards are available in various amounts and can only be redeemed at Best Buy.
If you bought a sizing kit from bestbuy.com, you should have automatically received an e-gift card to the email address you used during checkout. If you bought a sizing kit in a Best Buy store, you should have received a gift card (emailed or physical). You can apply this gift card credit to your Oura Ring purchase in a Best Buy store or from BestBuy.com.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

How does the sizing process work? Can I still get a sizing kit?
Sizing kits are available for purchase for $10 on BestBuy.com. The cost of the sizing kit is immediately returned to you as a Best Buy gift card for your next purchase on BestBuy.com or in Best Buy stores. Sizing kits cannot be returned.
The sizing for Oura Ring 4 is slightly different from Oura Ring Gen3. If you're switching between these different ring generations or uncertain about your size, make sure to use the right Oura Ring Sizing Kit for an accurate fit. The Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit includes white ring sizers, and the Oura Ring Gen3 Sizing Kit includes black ring sizers.
How does the sizing experience in Best Buy stores differ from the sizing kit?
Certain stores will have Oura Ring 4 for customers to touch and see, a Sizing Tool to find your best fit, and a chance to learn more about features available through the Oura Membership. The in-store sizing experience allows shoppers to try the Oura Ring 4 custom Sizing Tool in person to help determine the best fit.
How long will it take for my ring to ship?
For Oura Ring purchases through BestBuy.com, please refer to Best Buy for shipping options and prices. All purchases through Best Buy are subject to Best Buy's shipping policies, which differ from Oura's.
Can I pick up my ring in-store at Best Buy?

Purchase from the Oura online store, pick up in store at Best Buy
US customers can purchase an Oura Ring from the Oura online store and pick it up from a Best Buy store if inventory is available. At checkout, select "Free In-Store Pick Up" as a delivery option, and if a nearby Best Buy store has your selected Oura Ring available, you can reserve the ring for pickup. In-store pickup is only available for orders with a single, confirmed size Oura Ring.
Order Confirmation and Pickup:
- Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. When your pickup is ready, you will have six additional calendar days to pick up your ring at the selected Best Buy store. If the ring isn't picked up within six days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded
- If someone other than yourself is picking up your item from Best Buy, you'll need to fill in their name in the "Pick Up Details" at checkout. Only you — or the person you've designated — can pick up your item. The designated person will need to bring a government-issued photo ID and the pickup confirmation email. If you need to change the pickup person, contact Best Buy and reference your order number
Changes, Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges
Oura is unable to make changes to an Oura online store/Best Buy in-store pickup order once it's placed. You have a few options:
- Cancel the order: contact Best Buy Support directly to request a cancellation
- Let the order expire: if the ring isn't picked up within seven days, it will be automatically returned, and you’ll receive a refund
- Return it to a store: if you've already received your order, it can be returned to any Best Buy location in the US within 30 days of pickup
Exchanges aren't available. To get a different size or style, return your ring to Best Buy and repurchase through either Best Buy or Oura.
All cancellations and returns must be done through Best Buy. After your return is processed by Best Buy, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few business days.
How much is Oura Membership?
Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from the Oura online store or from an authorized retailer. Oura Membership is purchased and managed through Oura. Membership and its in-app features are only available in countries where Oura ships its products, and must be purchased with a credit card and billing address from one of those countries. New members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, membership pricing is as follows:

Oura Membership is tied to your Oura Account, not your physical Oura Ring. If you purchase an additional ring with an existing Oura account, you will not receive another complimentary month of Oura Membership.
If you would like to change the currency for your Oura Membership payments (e.g., from USD to CAD), you will need to cancel your membership and renew it on your next billing date in Membership Hub. You will continue to have the full Oura App experience through the end of your current billing cycle, and all of your data will be in your app once you renew.
Is there a warranty included with the Oura Ring?
Unless otherwise noted, the Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from the retailer where it was bought. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and item "Oura Ring" must be clearly visible on the receipt.
Currently, only rings purchased from the Oura online store are eligible for the Extend Protection Plan. For additional protection options for Best Buy ring purchases, refer to BestBuy.com or visit a Best Buy store.
