You can update the email address associated with your Oura account either from the Oura App (recommended) or on the web via the Membership Hub.

Edit Email Address

1. In the Oura App, go to the menu in the upper left corner
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Manage membership. This will redirect you to the Membership Hub
   • If you cannot access it through the app, go to the Membership Hub website and sign in with your Oura account details
4. Under "Security & Privacy", tap Security settings
5. Fill out the "Update Email" field with your new email address, then tap Update email
6. Oura will send a verification email to the new email address. The link will only be valid for 24 hours
7. Go to the new address's inbox to locate the verification email and then select Verify Your Email
   • If you cannot locate the verification email, check the junk/spam folder

Troubleshooting
