To get the most from your Oura experience, be sure to keep up-to-date with the latest versions of the Oura App software and ring firmware. You can download the latest version of the Google Android app on Google Play.
The Oura App is supported on iOS devices running Apple iOS 15 and higher, or Android devices running Android 9 and higher with Google Play services. Your device must support Bluetooth 4.0.
Software update information for iOS can be found here, and firmware updates here. Release notes are listed on these pages for one year.
To check your current app version, tap on the menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen, then go to Settings > Software information.
Not seeing a new feature yet?
New features are often released in stages, which means not all members will see them right away. This gradual approach helps us monitor performance and ensure everything is working before a full rollout. If you don’t see a new feature just yet, it should be available to you soon. iOS and Android updates may also follow different schedules.
Note: The latest Android app version for those using Gen2 rings is 4.0.0 (November 15, 2021).
