To get the most from your Oura experience, be sure to keep up-to-date with the latest versions of the Oura App software and ring firmware. You can download the latest version of the Apple iOS app in the App Store.
The Oura App is supported on iOS devices running Apple iOS 16 and higher, or Android devices running Android 10 and higher with Google Play services. Your device must support Bluetooth 5.0.
Software updates for Android can be found here, and firmware updates here. Release notes are listed on these pages for one year.
To check your current app version, tap on the menu in the upper-left corner of the home screen, then go to Settings > Software information.
Not seeing a new feature yet?
New features are often released gradually, so not all members will see them right away. This helps us monitor performance and make sure everything's working smoothly before a full rollout. iOS and Android updates may also follow different schedules. If you don’t see a new feature yet, confirm that you're using the latest version of the app, and it’ll likely be available to you soon.
Note: The latest iOS app version for those using Gen2 rings is 4.0.7 (June 28, 2022).
