What's the average shipping timeline?
Purchases from the Oura Online Store
If you are purchasing an Oura Ring for the first time, we recommend choosing the free sizing kit from the Oura online store. Oura Ring sizes are slightly different than standard US ring sizes, and using our sizing kit process helps ensure the best fit, which will deliver the most accurate data and insights from your ring.
If you already know your Oura Ring size, you can select it directly from the dropdown menu.
Standard Shipping Timelines
For US orders:
- Standard shipping: Most orders are processed and delivered within three days. Please note that processing times are not included in the FedEx 2-day delivery option. This is the delivery timeframe only
- Best Buy in-store pickup: If inventory is available, you’ll have the option to select in-store pickup at a nearby Best Buy during checkout on the Oura online store. See Best Buy (US) for more details.
For orders outside of the US (EU and rest of world)
- Sizing kit delivery: Typically takes 1-2 weeks
- Oura Ring delivery: Once your size is confirmed, delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks
Shipping for Oura Ring Charging Cases
Oura Ring Charging Cases contain a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which means they must follow specific shipping regulations. These rules include extra labeling and documentation, and may limit how and where the case can be shipped.
Orders that include only an Oura Ring Charging Case, or an Oura Ring Charging Case without a sized Oura Ring, must be shipped via ground transport. As a result, we're unable to deliver certain orders to regions that don’t support ground shipping. Delivery times may be longer than typical air shipments.
Shipping details by order type:
- Oura Ring Charging Case only: Ships via ground
- Oura Ring Charging Case and sizing kit: Sizing kit will ship first. Once you confirm your ring size in My Orders, the charging case will ship with the sized Oura Ring via standard shipping timelines
- Oura Ring Charging Case and sized Oura Ring: Follows the standard shipping timelines

Purchases from Authorized Retailers
Oura products are also available through authorized retailers. Shipping timelines and availability will vary based on the retailer's policies. For the most accurate delivery estimate, check directly with the retailer at the time of purchase.
Does Oura offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is currently available only in the US.
When available, expedited shipping costs $35, and can be selected in the "Shipping" section of the checkout process.
Expedited shipping is not available for:
- Orders shipped to a PO Box: This will delay the shipping of the order and require an address change
- Orders that include a Stelo Glucose Biosensor
Expedited Shipping Timeline
Most orders are processed and delivered within 2 days. The stated timeline for FedEx overnight shipping does not account for order processing times.
Can I update my delivery address?

Due to the differences in certain tax laws, it may not be possible to change your address to one in a different city, state, province, or country.

Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. By clicking on the tracking number, you’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s website.
- To update the address for a FedEx shipment, please visit www.fedex.com

- To update the address for a UPS Express Saver shipment, please visit www.ups.com
- DHL GMB and DHL Globalmail do not allow address changes in transit
Which delivery carriers does Oura use?
Depending on your location, Oura delivers with FedEx, UPS Express Saver, DHL Globalmail, and DHL GLOBAL MAIL. To locate the carrier on your order, please reference the shipping confirmation email you received. Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. By clicking on the tracking number, you’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s website.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information, so please keep this in mind if it doesn’t appear right away.
You can also go to your My Orders portal to view:
- Order status (e.g., ring size needed, pending approval, ring shipped, ring delivered)
- Shipment status of both (1) your sizing kit and (2) your ring, once you officially confirm your size. You’ll be able to track the delivery of your ring once it’s officially shipped

Does Oura deliver to PO boxes?
Oura cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.
Where does Oura ship from?
Orders to the US and Canada ship from our US fulfillment center, with limited cases from the Netherlands. Orders to all other supported countries ship from the Netherlands.
What's the shipping fee on my Oura Ring? Will I have to pay an import fee on my Oura Ring?
Shipping fees are applied at checkout on the Oura online store. Standard shipping to the US is $15. Shipping to countries outside the US is free.
Depending on your country’s import and customs regulations, duties and fees may apply.
Also note that, depending on your location, the shipment carrier may apply additional fees such as advance payment, handling fees, or brokerage fees—all of which are outside of Oura's control. We recommend that you reach out to the local carrier office for more information on these charges.
