Oura products are available for purchase at various retail locations globally. This article explains how to confirm your ring size, apply a sizing kit credit, and find retailers in your area. Product selection and availability can vary by region and retailer.

How does the sizing process work? Can I still get a sizing kit?

You can learn about how to use an Oura Ring Sizing Kit to find the right ring size. 

Many authorized retailers sell Oura Ring Sizing Kits online. In addition, some retailers (examples: Best Buy, Target) allow you to try a sizing kit in person at a physical store. 

When you purchase a sizing kit from a retailer, you'll receive a credit towards a future Oura Ring purchase from that retailer. The credit may appear as:

  • A coupon code (Example: Amazon) 
  • A digital or physical gift card (Example: Best Buy, Costco, Target) 

How long will it take for my Oura product to ship?

All Oura product purchases with a retailer are subject to that retailer's shipping policies, which differ from Oura's.

How much Is Oura Membership?

Oura Membership is available for $5.99/month and $69.99/year in the US, and 5.99 €/month and 69.99 €/year in the European Union. All other membership pricing varies by region and currency. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for Retail Purchases

Retailer Purchases

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer. Return and exchange policies may vary from Oura's and are set solely by each retailer.

If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

 

Warranty for Retail Purchases

Unless otherwise noted, new Oura products purchased from an authorized retailer are covered by our standard limited warranty for a specific duration, depending on your region. Certified refurbished products (e.g., Best Buy) are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
