Oura Ring is available online and at over 1,200 Target stores across the US.

• Oura Ring 4: Top-selling rings and chargers, as well as sizing kits, are available in-store. All sizes, colors, chargers, and sizing kits are available from Target.com 
• Oura Ring Generation 3: All styles and colors, chargers, and sizing kits are available online only

Can I return or exchange a ring I purchased from Target?

Returns and exchanges for Oura Ring purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.

If you decide to return your ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

SeeTarget's return and exchange policy. Target can accept Oura Ring returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you paid with a Target RedCard, an additional 30 days is granted.

For online purchases:

Purchases on target.com can be returned online through your Target account or in-store. For exchanges, call Target.com Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869. If the new Oura Ring model you want is available, Target can process a return and place a new order for the item. See the exchange policy here.

For in-store purchases:

Most items purchased in-store can be returned for a complete refund and repurchased for the new item, if available, at Guest Services within the return policy time frame. All in-store returns must have a valid receipt, a return barcode, a Target delivery or shipping confirmation email, or the original payment method used for the purchase.

How does the sizing process work? Can I still get a sizing kit?

Sizing kits are available for $10. We recommend you first purchase an Oura Ring Sizing Kit to determine your size. With the purchase of an Oura Ring Sizing Kit, you'll receive a $10 Target gift card, which you can use towards your Oura Ring purchase.

How does the sizing experience in stores differ from the sizing kit?

Certain stores will have Oura Ring 4 for customers to touch and see, a Sizing Tool to find your best fit, and a chance to learn more about features available through the Oura Membership. The in-store sizing experience allows shoppers to try the Oura Ring 4 custom Sizing Tool in person to help determine the best fit.

The sizing for Oura Ring 4 is slightly different from Oura Ring Gen3. If you're switching between these different ring generations or uncertain about your size, make sure to use the right Oura Ring Sizing Kit for an accurate fit. The Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit includes white ring sizers, and the Oura Ring Gen3 Sizing Kit includes black ring sizers.

How long will it take for my ring to ship?

All Oura Ring purchases are subject to Target's shipping policies, which differ from Oura's.

Customers can purchase their Oura Ring or Oura Ring Sizing Kit on Target.com and pick up at select Target locations if inventory is available. See pickup and shipping options on each item's page on Target.com. 

How much is Oura Membership?

Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from the Oura online store or from an authorized retailer. Oura Membership is purchased and managed through Oura, and Oura Membership is only available in countries where Oura can ship its products.

New members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, membership pricing is as follows:

Oura Membership is tied to your Oura Account, not your physical Oura Ring. If you purchase an additional ring with an existing Oura account, you will not receive another complimentary month of Oura Membership.

If you would like to change the currency for your Oura Membership payments (e.g., from USD to CAD), you will need to cancel your membership and renew it on your next billing date in Membership Hub. You will continue to have the full Oura App experience through the end of your current billing cycle, and all of your data will be in your app once you renew.

Is there a warranty included with the Oura Ring purchase?

Unless otherwise noted, the Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from the retailer where it was bought. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and item "Oura Ring" must be clearly visible on the receipt.

Currently, only rings purchased from the Oura online store are eligible for the Extend Protection Plan.
