Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.
Unless otherwise noted, the Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from the retailer where it was bought. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and item "Oura Ring" must be clearly visible on the receipt.
