The Oura Ring and Oura Membership work hand-in-hand to support your personal health journey. As a member, your experience with Oura improves over time—adapting to your body.
A proper fitting ring will result in the highest possible data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience with Oura. The Oura Ring comes in sizes 6-13 (no half sizes), and Oura Ring sizes are slightly larger than standard US ring sizes.
For the best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your Oura Ring on your index finger. If you’d prefer another, the middle and ring fingers can work as well. Most retail locations, like Best Buy, offer in-store sizing tools.

The Oura Ring Gen3 comes with an exclusive Oura Membership that grants members full access to new features, daily health insights, personalized recommendations, educational videos, and more. Your Oura Ring and Oura Membership work together to support your personal health journey. As a member, your experience with Oura improves over time—adapting to your body.
Oura Membership is tied to your Oura account, NOT your Oura Ring.
New Gen3 members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, monthly pricing is:
AUS: $9.99 AUD after tax
EU: 5.99 € after tax
Canada: $7.99 CAD before tax
Japan: ¥999 after tax
UK: £5.99 after tax
US: $5.99 before tax
Rest of the world: $6.99 (USD) after tax
If you would like to change the currency for your Oura Membership payments (e.g., from USD to CAD), you will need to cancel your membership and renew it on your next billing date in My Account. You will continue to have the full Oura App experience through the end of your current billing cycle, and all of your data will be in your app once you renew.
Returns and Exchanges
If you purchased your Oura Ring from a retailer in-store or online, please contact the retailer directly for any returns or exchanges.
If you decide to return your ring for a refund, you must cancel your membership through My Account or you will continue to be charged the monthly membership fee.
Promotions and Discounts
Discounts and promotions offered through Oura (e.g., Refer a Friend) are only valid on ouraring.com and not through retailers (in-store or online).
The Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty period regardless of if it’s bought from ouraring.com or from a partner retailer. The warranty length varies by country. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Currently, only rings purchased through ouraring.com are eligible for the Extend Protection Plan. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from the retailer where it was bought.
