If you purchase from the Oura online store, you can confirm your ring size, track your orders, or manage your orders in My Account.

Change Ring Order

Once your order is placed, you can’t add items or change the shipping option. To include more items, you’ll need to place a new order or cancel the existing one and reorder.

Before Shipping

For ring size, color, model, or generation changes on unshipped orders, you can cancel your order and purchase a new ring with the desired change. If the option to cancel is no longer available in My Account, please contact us and we will assist you. The payment method for the canceled order will be refunded within 14 business days.

After Shipping

If your order has shipped, it will indicate so in My Account and you'll receive an email with a tracking number. See our Shipping FAQs for more information on shipping times and delivery carriers.

If you've already received a shipping confirmation email for the order and you'd still like to change your ring, you'll need to start an exchange after the ring is delivered. For instructions on returns and exchanges, see Return or Exchange an Oura Product.

Direct Oura Ring exchanges are only available for a different size of the same ring. If you want a different model or color, you will need to return your original ring for a refund within 30 days and place a new order.


Change Delivery Address

Before Shipping

To change the delivery address for an unshipped order, please contact our team and we will assist you. Note that we cannot change the shipping address if it is to a country, state, province, or other area with different tax regulations than the original address. After Shipping

To change the delivery address for an order that has already shipped, please contact the carrier found in your shipping confirmation email.


Change Payment Information

Once an order has been placed, changing or updating the payment info isn't possible. You'll need to cancel the order or return the ring for a refund. For a list of accepted payment methods, see our Purchase an Oura Product article.

For unshipped orders, you can cancel your order and purchase a new ring with the updated payment information. If the cancel button is no longer available in My Account, please contact us and we will assist you. The payment method for the canceled order will be refunded within 14 business days.

Cancel Order

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled (meaning it hasn’t been prepared for shipping yet). To cancel an unfulfilled order, use our chatbot.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email within 1–2 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 2–3 additional business days. If you paid with HSA/FSA funds, please allow 3–5 business days.

Stelo Glucose Biosensors

Stelo Glucose Biosensors are currently available for purchase only in the US. As medical devices, they follow stricter guidelines and cannot be returned.
