Phone

Scheduled phone support is available to all Oura members. We offer a limited number of time slots Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM Pacific Time. Hours may vary, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, phone support is available in English only and we do not have Teletype (TTY) or other functionality for hearing-impaired members.

How do I schedule a call?

You can schedule a call through the Help Center for today or tomorrow. Times are shown in your local time zone. Please note that appointment availability may vary depending on call volume.

What if there are no time slots available?

That means all available time slots for today and tomorrow have been filled. We recommend checking back later or reaching out to us via Chat.

Can I book a call more than a day in advance?

At this time, calls can only be scheduled for today or tomorrow. We recommend checking back regularly for new openings.

Can I cancel or reschedule my call?

To make changes to your appointment, return to the scheduler using the same browser and device you used to book your call.

Can I schedule more than one call?

Yes. If you have additional questions, you’re welcome to schedule another call after your previous one.

What happens if I miss my call?

If you're unavailable during your scheduled time, we encourage you to book a new appointment that works better for you.

How can I check when my call is scheduled?

You can check your confirmation text message or return to the scheduler using the same browser and device you used to book your call.

I forgot my appointment. Can you look it up or email me the info?

For security reasons, we’re not able to look up or resend your appointment details.

What number will the call come from?

The call may appear as "Oura" or display a phone number, depending on your carrier. Please note that this number is unmonitored and can’t receive incoming calls.

What can I talk about on the call?

Most topics can be handled during your call. In some cases, such as questions about B2B support or medical device features, you may be referred to another team for email follow-up.
