Retailer Purchases
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

Purchase through Best Buy
If your preferred Oura Ring is in stock, you may be able to purchase it on Best Buy online and pick it up at a nearby store. See pickup and shipping options on each item's page on BestBuy.com or BestBuy.ca.
Purchase from the Oura online store, pick up in store at Best Buy
US customers can purchase an Oura Ring from the Oura online store and pick it up from a Best Buy store if inventory is available. At checkout, select "Free In-Store Pick Up" as a delivery option, and if a nearby Best Buy store has your selected Oura Ring available, you can reserve the ring for pickup. In-store pickup is only available for orders with a single, confirmed size Oura Ring.
Order Confirmation and Pickup:
- Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. When your pickup is ready, you will have six additional calendar days to pick up your ring at the selected Best Buy store. If the ring isn't picked up within six days, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded
- If someone other than yourself is picking up your item from Best Buy, you'll need to fill in their name in the "Pick Up Details" at checkout. Only you — or the person you've designated — can pick up your item. The designated person will need to bring a government-issued photo ID and the pickup confirmation email. If you need to change the pickup person, contact Best Buy and reference your order number
Changes, Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges
Oura is unable to make changes to an Oura online store/Best Buy in-store pickup order once it's placed. You have a few options:
- Cancel the order: contact support for Best Buy US or Best Buy Canada directly to request a cancellation
- Let the order expire: if the ring isn't picked up within seven days, it will be automatically returned, and you’ll receive a refund

Return it to a store:
- If you've already received your order, it can be returned to any Best Buy location in the US within 30 days of pickup

Exchanges aren't available. To get a different size or style, return your ring to Best Buy and repurchase through either Best Buy or Oura.
All cancellations and returns must be done through Best Buy. After your return is processed by Best Buy, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few business days.
