Updating Your Order
If you’d like to update the color, size, or style of your ring, please contact our support team. Keep in mind that changes to ring color, size, or style can be made anytime up until the ring ships. This is typically 1-2 days after a ring size is officially submitted online, which defines the beginning of your order processing.
If your ring has already shipped and you’d still like to make changes to your ring color, size, or style, you’ll need to wait until your ring arrives and then submit a request for exchange. You can start the exchange process by contacting our support team.
Editing Address Details for an Order That Has Shipped
To change the shipping address for an order that has already shipped, please contact DHL’s On-Demand Delivery Service.
Please note that On-Demand service is only available for DHL Express shipments, which depends on stock availability and your location. Check-in with your local DHL Express office to see what services are available in your area.
