Can I Wear My Oura Ring at the Gym?

In short, yes, you can wear your Oura Ring while doing most activities at the gym. To protect your finger and your Oura Ring, though, we don’t recommend wearing your ring while lifting weights. Like other jewelry, Oura Rings may become scratched if worn while lifting weights or gripping barbells or dumbells.
