How to Return or Exchange Your Oura Ring (EU Orders Only)

This article only applies to orders shipped to and received in the European Union (EU). Information on returns and exchanges for all orders outside of the EU can be found here.

You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable.

If you’re returning your Oura Ring, per our Return Policy, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. If you’re exchanging a ring, your new Oura Ring will be shipped to you free of charge. You’ll still need to cover the shipping costs to return your original ring, however.

Please note: we allow only one return or exchange per original order. This means you can either (1) return your original ring once for a refund, or (2) exchange it once for a size, model, or color change.

Start A Return

For all who have received their ring in the mail, or placed an order after September 15th, 2021: we are offering you until January 31, 2022 to return your ring, if you choose to do so. 

Step 1

Please submit a return request here to obtain (1) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and (2) a return address.

Step 2

Once you've received an RMA and return address from our team, carefully package your Oura Ring with all of its original accessories (i.e., ring, charging cable, and dock). We recommend using the original white box your Oura Ring arrived in, if possible. However, if you don’t have the original box, it’s okay for you to use your own—as long as the device is properly protected and kept secure while in transit. Next, please place this into a return package of your choice (e.g. a small box, padded envelope, or alike).

Step 3

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the ring's original white box (or your own) and on the outside of your return package.

Step 4

Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. We recommend you obtain a tracking number when shipping your ring back to Oura.

*We ask you to provide a tracking number to our support team so we can follow up with you on delivery status, and speed the completion of your return.

Step 5

Please wait for a confirmation email from our team that your package was received. Once your return has been checked-in and confirmed at our facilities, you can expect to see a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

Start An Exchange  

Step 1

Please contact our support team here. Be sure to state in the ticket form beneath 'What are you inquiring about?' that you'd like to change your ring size or model. Please have your original order number prepared beforehand and the new size, finish, and model you'd like to receive. 

Step 2

You'll be provided with (1) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and (2) a return address from our team. From here, please follow steps 2, 3, and 4 in the process outlined above on how to start a return.

*Please note: you'll need to provide our team with your package tracking number so we can follow up with you once your return has been received. This allows us to expedite the exchange process and ship your new ring to you as soon as possible. 

Step 3

Please wait for a confirmation email from our team that your package was received. Once your return package has been checked-in and confirmed at our facilities, your new Oura Ring will be shipped to you free of charge. You can expect to see a shipping confirmation email once your ring has officially left our premises. 

*10-15 business days is the general timeline we estimate for how long it will take to receive your new Oura Ring after shipping your original model back to us.

We kindly ask that you remember to share your tracking number with our support team. This helps us follow up on delivery status and expedite the refund/exchange process on your behalf. Oura is not responsible for items that may be lost in transit, so acquiring a tracking number before shipping your item back is beneficial for your own personal protection as well.
