How Do I Use the Oura Support Center on Android?

The most recent update for Android (2.11.0), has consolidated the in-app customer support center. The new support center features a streamlined interface and includes additional support functionality.

If you are unable to locate the 'Send us a message' button, it has been relocated to the main 'Help' page to ensure your questions never go unanswered.

How do I use the support center?

The Oura support center is your one-stop-shop for information regarding your ring, the data it collects, and any troubleshooting questions. To begin using the support center, follow the steps below:

1.) Select the ≣ (Menu) icon in the upper left-hand corner of the 'Home' tab.

2.) Select 'Help'.

3.) Select 'Browse FAQs'.

Once in the support center, we suggest using the search bar to find the information you're looking for.

If you’re ever unsure of what the issue at hand is or are looking for more information on your ring, the categories are a great way to navigate the support center.

How do I create a support ticket?

If you're unable to find information in our support center, you can contact Oura Customer Support. To contact us, please follow these steps in the Oura app:

1.) Select the ≣ (Menu) icon in the top left corner of the 'Home' screen.

2.) Select 'Help'.

3.) Select 'Contact Us'.

4.) Select the appropriate option for 'Request Type'.

5.) In the text box, type the issue you are having or the question you wish to have answered.

After submitting a ticket, you can visit 'My Support Tickets' in the support center, to continue receiving support from an Oura expert.
