How do I create a support ticket in the Oura app?

The Oura app can be used to contact our support team as well. To do so, please use the steps below:

  1. Tap the menu icon () in the upper left-hand corner of the Home tab.
  2. Tap 'Help'.
  3. Tap 'Contact Us'.
  4. Select the appropriate option for 'Request Type'.
  5. In the text box, type the issue you’re experiencing or the question you wish to have answered.

After submitting a ticket, you can visit 'My Support Tickets' by tapping on the menu icon () once again and selecting ‘Help’ to see outstanding requests you have.

We don’t offer phone support at the moment. All requests will be handled through our in-app support option, via email (, or through our online request form.
