Use Oura Support to find answers about Oura, start an exchange or return, check in regarding an order, or diagnose a product issue.

We don’t offer phone support at this time. All requests will be managed through our in-app support option, or through our online request form.

Submit a Request Online

To get in touch with our team, please click this link to submit a request. Enter your inquiry type, provide your email address (so our team can reach you), and fill in the remaining details so our team can better understand your question or concern.

Once our team receives your request, they will contact you and provide you with a solution that best fits your inquiry. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Submit a Request in the Oura App

The Oura app can be used to contact our support team as well. To do so, please use the steps below:

  1. Go to the menu Icon_Bars.png in the upper left-hand corner of the Home Icon_Home.png tab.
  2. Tap Help > Contact Us.
  3. Select an option for Request Type.
  4. In the text box, describe the issue or question you'd like help with.

After submitting a ticket, you can visit My Support Tickets by going to the menu Icon_Bars.png once again and selecting Help to see the outstanding requests you have.
