Use The Weekly Report

Each Sunday, the Oura app delivers stats on your key Readiness, Sleep, and Activity metrics in the form of a Weekly Report. The Weekly Report provides you with a snapshot of meaningful trends and averages across Readiness, Sleep, and Activity from the previous week.

Included in the Weekly Report

• Readiness: Readiness Score, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability

• Sleep: Sleep Score, total sleep time, and wake-up time

• Activity: Activity Score, activity goal completion, and inactive time

Access Your Weekly Report

You can access your Weekly Report at the top of the Oura Home tab. The card will appear on Sunday, the first day of the week.

You can also revisit past Weekly Reports on the Home tab by swiping left to previous days. Weekly Report cards remain in your timeline of days.

How to Use the Weekly Report

Use the Weekly Report to your advantage by emphasizing it as a touchpoint to check-in with yourself before the new week begins. Examine your averages and consider where you did well and where you may have room for improvement in the upcoming days.

Feel free to go into Trends and view each of your averages within Readiness, Sleep, and Activity in the monthly view to see how this past week stacks up against previous ones. You can do this in a similar way by visiting past Weekly Reports in your Home tab, as mentioned above.

For example, if you notice that your Sleep Score was down this past week, your resting heart rate was slightly higher than normal or you didn’t complete your activity goal 5 out of the 7 days, you can make the active choice to zone in on that metric in the coming week so in your next Weekly Report, you’ll be able to see your efforts shine through.

Disable Weekly Report Notifications

By default, you’ll be notified when the Weekly Report is available. You can remove these notifications in the Oura app settings. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of the Home tab.

• Tap ‘Settings’, then ‘Notifications’.

• Toggle ‘Insight Notifications’ off. This option can be found at the bottom of the notifications list.
