If you're not receiving notifications, ensure the following conditions are being met.
- - The Oura app is running in the background. If you close or force quit the app, notifications won't show.
- - Bluetooth is enabled.
- - You've enabled Oura notifications in your devices' settings.
- - Your ring and the Oura app have synced at least once during the day.
If you still don't see the notifications, please try the following:
- - Toggle notification settings off and on in the Oura app settings.
- - Toggle your devices' Bluetooth on and off.
- - Restart your device.
Your ring and phone must be within proximity of one another for notifications to work.
