Notification Issues

If you're not receiving notifications, ensure the following conditions are being met.

  • - The Oura app is running in the background. If you close or force quit the app, notifications won't show.
  • - Bluetooth is enabled.
  • - You've enabled Oura notifications in your devices' settings.
  • - Your ring and the Oura app have synced at least once during the day.

If you still don't see the notifications, please try the following:

  • - Toggle notification settings off and on in the Oura app settings.
  • - Toggle your devices' Bluetooth on and off.
  • - Restart your device.

Your ring and phone must be within proximity of one another for notifications to work.
