To add tags:
- Tap the ‘+’ button on the bottom right of the home screen.
- From the menu, select "Add a tag.”
- You can then choose from the list of common tags (i.e. Alcohol, Sickness, etc.), or add a Custom Tag (i.e. Basketball, Skipped Meal, etc.)
Set and create tags each day to better manage your sleep, health, and wellness.
