What is Oura Teams?
Oura Teams is an Oura product that allows doctors, coaches, trainers, and researchers to access the data of consenting team members or study participants.
Keep in mind that Oura Teams is still in beta. Oura Teams does not currently support sharing data with your partner, family, or friends.
Which data can I monitor using Oura Teams?
Oura Teams can be used to monitor most of the data found in the Oura app. In addition, Oura Teams allows you to create interactive dashboards. These dashboards allow you to compare up to five metrics over four different time frames; one day, one week, two weeks, and a month.
Which data are available for download?
Sleep, Activity, and Readiness data can be exported via CSV or JSON format at the individual or team level. Learn more about data availability here.
How do I create an Oura Team?
To begin using Oura Teams, you must first submit a request. To do so, please visit this link. Follow the steps below once you've arrived.
1. Select 'I have an Oura Ring' using the first dropdown.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Select 'I have a question about the product' using the next dropdown.
4. Select 'Oura Teams' using the next dropdown.
5. Provide a brief description of your particular use case, and any information that might be helpful for our team (e.g., group size).
6. Click submit at the bottom of the form.
Once you've submitted your request, our team will begin reviewing it. They will be in touch with you as soon as time permits.
How do I join an existing Oura Team?
To join an existing team please reach out to that team's administrator to request access. The administrator can provide a direct link to join the team if they wish.
Can I revoke a group's access to my Oura data?
To revoke a team's access to your Oura data, navigate to 'My Account' in the left-hand menu of Oura on the web. Scroll down to 'Oura Teams' and click 'Revoke' next to the organization whose access you would like to revoke.
