How can I recover my Oura account if I haven't received a password reset email?
When entering your email on this page, ensure there are no typos or extra spaces at the beginning or end of the email address field.
If you’re logged into the app, verify the email address you’re attempting to reset is linked to your Oura account. To do so, follow the steps below.

- • Tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of the Home tab.
- • Tap 'Settings'.
The email address associated with your Oura account will be listed under 'Account'.
Is there another way to access my account?
If you’re unable to reset your password through the app, you may be able to recover your account by utilizing another trusted device or browser with a password manager. For example, if you’re logged into Oura on the Web on your laptop, you can try logging into Oura on the Web on that device to reset your account password.
I still can't access my account. What should I do?
If you’re unable to recover your account under your existing email, you’ll need to create a new account. To do so, please submit a request here.
In your request, please mention that you’ve been unable to reset your password manually using the steps provided and therefore, need to create a new account under your existing email. Oura cannot verify your identity according to standard GDPR and CCPA data privacy policies without confirming your email address, which is why a formal ticket submission is required here.
