Are you experiencing troubles trying to order the ring? Try these solutions.
1. Check that you're not using a debit card
- Our payment options: credit card and PayPal
2. Check your payment details
- Please check that the payment details you've entered are correct (for example, address and zipcode)
- Make sure that the billing address you've provided is the address associated with your credit card
3. Pay with another credit
- If possible, try another credit card
4. Pay with Paypal
- If you have a PayPal account, try using that to pre-order. If you don't have an account, you can create one here.
5. If nothing else works, send us a message
If you're having trouble pre-ordering the ring and you've tried the solutions suggested in this document, send us a message by opening the chat window at the bottom right corner or submit a ticket at https://ouraringhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Please note that response times may be longer during weekends and holidays. If you're trying to use a coupon code that expires while you're waiting for an answer from us, don't worry. We'll figure something out.
