How Do I Manually Add a Workout?
This article contains instructions on how to log a manual workout in Oura. Consider adding a workout manually when the workout requires few steps (e.g. yoga).
Follow the steps below to add a workout.
- 1. Open the Oura app.
- 2. Tap the + button in the bottom right-hand corner of the home tab.
- 3. Select Add a workout.
- 4. Choose your workout type.
- 5. Enter the start time, duration, and intensity of your workout.
- 6. Tap Done to save your workout.
All manually added workouts are visible on the home tab beneath Activities. You can only add workouts for the current day. You cannot retroactively add workouts.
