Manually Add a Workout

Your daily activity is automatically recorded in the Oura app. However, non-step-based activities such as yoga or cycling are more difficult to measure accurately. To improve the accuracy of your Activity Score, you can manually add activities or workouts like these.

Oura currently offers over 50 activity types that can be manually added. Some of our most popular activities include those mentioned above, as well as strength training, tennis, swimming, hiking, golf, soccer, and basketball. Aside from these, we provide a wide variety of activity types to suit your lifestyle—including HIIT, surfing, paddle sports, core exercises, martial arts, mountain biking, rollerblading, stair exercise, pickleball, nordic walking, and house and yard work, among many others.
