We're excited you've ordered your Oura Ring 4. Here's what you need to know about shipping timelines, tracking links, and other important information as your new ring makes its way to you. The below applies for orders from the Oura online store. For general questions, see Oura Ring 4 FAQs.

Oura Ring 4 Shipping
Due to low inventory on some Oura Ring models, we will ship orders based on the priority in which they are received. Some orders may take up to three weeks to begin shipping.
You can also check availability at our retail partners—Amazon, Best Buy, or Target—to see if the desired ring model is in stock there.
Depending on your order date, your ring may take a week or two to ship after you've selected your ring size. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Important: Your ring will not ship until you have selected your size. Make sure you’ve selected your size by logging into My Account.
If Your Tracking Link Isn't Working
It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email for the carrier to update the tracking. In rare instances, your carrier tracking link may not update for several days. In most cases, this is a delay in the carrier's systems updating and doesn't mean your shipment isn't in transit.
Please wait at least 10 business days after your order has shipped before contacting us about tracking issues.
If Your Package Is Marked As Delivered But Is Missing
Carriers often leave packages in discrete areas or with neighbors. Occasionally, tracking is updated as delivered before the package actually arrives. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, and you've checked with your neighbors, please wait a few business days before reaching out to our Member Care team.
Exchanging Your Oura Ring
Once you receive your Oura Ring 4, pair it with your Oura App and wear it for a few days. If it's not the right fit, or you prefer a different model, you can exchange it within 30 days.
If you'd like to exchange your ring for a model at a different price point, you'll need to return your ring for a refund and then place a new order.

If you purchased your Oura Ring from one of our retail partners, you are subject to their return and exchange policy. Please contact the retailer for more information. You cannot return or exchange a ring from a retail partner through Oura directly.
Oura Membership
Regardless of the type of membership you have, your Oura Membership will continue to work seamlessly with Oura Ring 4. Since your membership is tied to your Oura account (not the ring itself), all of your data and benefits will carry over. Once you pair your new Oura Ring 4, you'll see all your data in the Oura App.
