Returns and exchanges for Oura Ring purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.
If you decide to return your ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

How does the sizing process work? Can I still get a sizing kit?
Sizing kits are available for purchase for £10. We recommend you first purchase an Oura Ring Sizing Kit to determine your size. With the purchase of an Oura Ring Sizing Kit, you'll receive a credit, which can be used towards your Oura Ring purchase at John Lewis.
How does the sizing experience in stores differ from the sizing kit?
Certain stores will have Oura Ring 4 for customers to touch and see, a Sizing Tool to find your best fit, and a chance to learn more about features available through the Oura Membership. The in-store sizing experience allows shoppers to try the Oura Ring 4 custom Sizing Tool in person to help determine the best fit.
How long will it take for my ring to ship?
All Oura Ring purchases are subject to John Lewis' shipping policies, which differ from Oura's. Customers can also purchase online and pick up in-store, depending on availability.
How much is Oura Membership?
Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from the Oura online store or from an authorized retailer. Oura Membership is purchased and managed through Oura, and Oura Membership is only available in countries where Oura can ship its products.
New members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, membership pricing is as follows:

Oura Membership is tied to your Oura Account, not your physical Oura Ring. If you purchase an additional ring with an existing Oura account, you will not receive another complimentary month of Oura Membership.
If you would like to change the currency for your Oura Membership payments (e.g., from USD to CAD), you will need to cancel your membership and renew it on your next billing date in Membership Hub. You will continue to have the full Oura App experience through the end of your current billing cycle, and all of your data will be in your app once you renew.
Is there a warranty included with the Oura Ring?
Unless otherwise noted, the Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from the retailer where it was bought. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and item "Oura Ring" must be clearly visible on the receipt.
