Can I return or exchange a ring I purchased from Elkjop/Elgiganten/Gigantti?

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Oura purchases from a retailer, either in-store or online, must be handled directly with the retailer.

If you decide to return an Oura Ring for a refund, make sure to cancel your membership in the Oura App settings or through the Membership Hub to avoid continued charges for your plan.

Can I still get a sizing kit?

Sizing kits are available for purchase for:

• Denmark: DKK 50
• Finland: 10 €
• Norway: NOK 100
• Sweden: SEK 99

We recommend you first purchase an Oura Ring Sizing Kit to determine your size. With the purchase of an Oura Ring Sizing Kit, you'll receive a credit in the form of a coupon code. The coupon code will be located on your store or email receipt and can be used towards your Oura Ring purchase at the authorized retailer where you bought the sizing kit.

The sizing for Oura Ring 4 is slightly different from Oura Ring Gen3. If you're switching between these different ring generations or uncertain about your size, make sure to use the right Oura Ring Sizing Kit for an accurate fit. The Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit includes white ring sizers, and the Oura Ring Gen3 Sizing Kit includes black ring sizers.

How long will it take for my ring to ship?

All Oura Ring purchases are subject to the shipping policies of the authorized retailer, which differ from Oura's.

Customers can purchase their Oura Ring or Oura Ring Sizing Kit online and pick it up in-store. You can check in-store availability using the store locator on each retailer's site.

How much is Oura Membership?

Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from the Oura online store or from an authorized retailer. Oura Membership is purchased and managed through Oura. Membership and its in-app features are only available in countries where Oura ships its products, and must be purchased with a credit card and billing address from one of those countries. Is there a warranty included with the Oura Ring?

Unless otherwise noted, new Oura products purchased from an authorized retailer are covered by our standard limited warranty. Certified refurbished products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from the original retailer. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and the item name (Oura Ring) must be clearly visible on the receipt.
