Can I return or exchange a ring I purchased on Amazon?

All rings bought on Amazon.com can be returned according to Amazon's return and exchange policy. See the Amazon Help Center for additional information.

If you decide to return your ring for a refund, you must cancel your membership through your membership settings, or you will continue to be charged for your membership plan.

Can I still get a sizing kit?

Sizing kits are available for purchase on Amazon for $10/10 €. We recommend you first purchase an Oura Ring Sizing Kit to determine your size. With the purchase of an Oura Ring Sizing Kit, you'll receive a $10/10 € Amazon credit. 

After you've determined your Oura Ring size and are ready to purchase your Oura Ring on Amazon, this credit will automatically be applied at checkout if you have an Oura Ring or Oura Ring charger in your cart. You must purchase your Oura Ring with the same Amazon account as you purchased the sizing kit.

The credit will be given for Oura Ring Sizing Kit purchases through December 31, 2024, and can be redeemed through June 25, 2025. It is non-transferable, only valid on Amazon.com, and you can only apply one $10/10 € sizing kit credit to your Oura product order. For additional questions about the credit, contact Amazon customer service.

How long will it take for my ring to ship if I buy it on Amazon?

All Oura Ring purchases on Amazon.com are subject to Amazon’s shipping policies, which differ from Oura's.

How much is Oura Membership if I buy the ring on Amazon?

Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from the Oura online store or from an authorized retailer. Oura Membership is purchased and managed through Oura, and Oura Membership is only available in countries where Oura can ship its products.

New members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, membership pricing is as follows:

Oura Membership is tied to your Oura Account, not your physical Oura Ring. If you purchase an additional ring with an existing Oura account, you will not receive another complimentary month of Oura Membership.

If you would like to change the currency for your Oura Membership payments (e.g., from USD to CAD), you will need to cancel your membership and renew it on your next billing date in Membership Hub. You will continue to have the full Oura App experience through the end of your current billing cycle, and all of your data will be in your app once you renew.

Is there a warranty included with the Oura Ring purchase on Amazon?

Unless otherwise noted, the Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty if you bought it from an authorized retailer. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from the retailer where it was bought. The retailer name, purchase date, receipt number, and item "Oura Ring" must be clearly visible on the receipt.

Currently, only rings purchased from the Oura online store are eligible for the Extend Protection Plan.
