Can I return or exchange the Rest and Recovery Kit?
The Rest and Recovery Kit is a limited edition item, available while supplies last. Unfortunately, there are no returns or refunds available for the Rest and Recovery Kit.
If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, you can do so within the 30-day exchange window by contacting our Member Care Team. Since the ring covers are size-dependent, you must exchange the entire kit. We are not allowing color exchanges at this time.
How do I find my Oura Ring size?
Anyone can go to the nearest US Equinox club location and find their Oura Ring size using the Oura Sizing Kit. See this article for Tips for Determining Your Oura Ring Size.
How long will it take for my Rest and Recovery Kit to ship?
It will take up to two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your kit ships. For additional questions, contact Equinox.
Is there a warranty included with the Rest and Recovery Kit?
