If I already have an Oura Ring, can I purchase another one through Best Buy?
Yes. However, only new Gen3 members will receive the one month of membership included.
Can I return or exchange a ring I purchased through Best Buy?
Yes. All rings bought at Best Buy stores or Best Buy online can be returned according to Best Buy’s return and exchange policy.
If you decide to return your ring for a refund, you must cancel your membership through My Account or you will continue to be charged the monthly membership fee.
How much does the Oura Ring cost if I buy it from Best Buy?

How does the sizing experience in Best Buy stores differ from the sizing kit?
Certain Best Buy stores will have the Oura Ring for customers to touch and see, a Sizing Tool to find your best fit, and a chance to learn more about features available through the Oura Membership.
The in-store sizing experience is different than what we've ever offered before. Those who prefer to use a sizing kit at home still have that ability by ordering through ouraring.com and BestBuy.com. For in-store shoppers, the experience allows them to try the Oura Ring custom Sizing Tool in person and determine the best fit. If a shopper selects the incorrect size, they can exchange it through Best Buy.
Can I still get a sizing kit?
You can choose to purchase an Oura sizing kit through Best Buy online. Once you’ve determined your size, you can purchase your ring from BestBuy.com or in select Best Buy stores where inventory is available. The cost of your sizing kit purchase will be redeemable against a ring purchase via an e-gift card emailed to you from Best Buy. Sizing kits cannot be returned.
Why is there a cost for the sizing kit on Best Buy online?
The cost of the sizing kit purchased through Best Buy is immediately returned to you as an e-gift card for your next purchase through Best Buy. Note: the sizing kit e-gift card is only redeemable at BestBuy.com or in Best Buy stores, and is not valid at ouraring.com.
How long will it take for my ring to ship if I buy it from Best Buy?

How much is the Oura Membership if I buy the ring through Best Buy?
The monthly Oura Membership benefits and fees are the same regardless if you buy the ring from ouraring.com or Best Buy. New Gen3 members receive one included month of Oura Membership. After this complimentary period, monthly pricing is $5.99 before tax. Oura Membership is not supported in countries that Oura does not currently ship to.
Is there a warranty included with the Oura Ring purchase through Best Buy?
Yes, the Oura Ring is covered by our standard limited warranty period of one year. See our Warranty FAQs for more information. Currently, only rings purchased through ouraring.com are eligible for the Extend Protection Plan. For additional protection options for Best Buy ring purchases, refer to BestBuy.com or visit a Best Buy store.
Can I use any Oura Ring discounts at Best Buy?
Discounts and promotions offered through Oura (e.g., Refer a Friend) are only valid on ouraring.com and not in Best Buy stores or on BestBuy.com.
