How to Return or Exchange Your Oura Ring (Non-U.S. & Non-EU Orders)

This article only applies to orders shipped to, and received in, countries outside of the United States (US) and European Union (EU). Information on returns and exchanges for all other orders (i.e., originally sent to the US or EU) can be found here

You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of your original order delivery (i.e., the day you receive your ring) for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Please note: we allow only one return or exchange per original order. This means you can either (1) return your original ring once for a refund, or (2) exchange it once for a size, model, or color change. Please note that all exchanges can only be made for a ring of the same price you originally purchased. If you're making an exchange your new ring set will be shipped to you free of charge.

Start A Return or Exchange

For all who have received their ring in the mail, or placed an order after September 15th, 2021: we are offering you until January 31, 2022 to return your ring, if you choose to do so. 

Step 1: Submit a Request

Please submit a return request here to notify our team you’d like to return your ring for a refund or exchange. You’ll receive a message from us asking you to confirm your (1) address, (2) phone number, and (3) email.

Step 2: Check Your Email

After providing these details, our team will send you an RMA number and your information will be passed along to our carrier, DHL, who will contact you directly via email to arrange a pickup from your exact location. 

Please keep an eye out for the email from DHL Express, as it may unintentionally go to a spam folder. This email will confirm that Oura has created a shipment for your return and will include the same RMA number shared by our team previously. If you won’t be available at the pickup time initially suggested, you can reach out to DHL Express directly via the contact information provided in their email to arrange an alternative time. You will not be charged for this pickup service. 

Note: This email will also include your package tracking number, so please be sure to keep it on file in case anything were to happen to your package while in transit.

Step 3: Print Your Labels

The email you receive from DHL will also include your pre-paid return label and commercial invoice (if your particular shipment requires it). 

Please print these out.  

If you’re unable to print the pre-paid return label and commercial invoice on your own, this can be done at a UPS, local library, or other third-party carrier location—as well as while coordinating your pickup time with DHL. Please get in touch with DHL directly via the contact information shared in their initial email if you need label(s) brought to you at the time of your pickup.

Step 4: Prepare Your Package

Once you have (1) the RMA from our team and (2) a printed, pre-paid return label and commercial invoice from DHL, carefully package your Oura Ring with all of its original accessories (i.e., ring, charging deck, and cable). We recommend using the original white box your Oura Ring arrived in, if possible. However, if you don’t have the original box, it’s okay for you to use your own—as long as the device is properly protected and kept secure while in transit. Next, you’ll need to obtain a return package of your choice (e.g., a small box, padded envelope, or alike) for your protected ring to be placed inside of. 

Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the ring’s original white box (or your own) and on the outside of the return package. 

Finally, attach both the pre-paid return label and commercial invoice (if applicable) to the outside of your return package. If these are left out, or placed inside your package, your return may be held up at customs.

If you’re lacking proper supplies to attach the label(s) to the outside of your return package or are waiting for your label(s) to be brought to you, your DHL driver should be able to assist at the time of collection.

Step 5: Collection & Confirmation

DHL will collect your return package from your address at the agreed time. Once DHL confirms the complete ring set (ring, charging deck, and cable) have been successfully collected from you and are on their way back to our returns facility, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Oura team. At this stage, Oura will either start the refund process or arrange for your replacement ring set to be sent to you as soon as we receive finalized collection notice from DHL. 

You can expect to see a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days after receiving a confirmation email from us. If exchanging, you can expect to receive your replacement ring set within 10-15 business days from the day DHL collected your return package.
